After many years of being employed in the Learning & Development arena by one of the UKs largest holiday providers, 2017 heralded a big change for me. I decided to leave full time employment and utilise my wealth of experience in Coaching and Learning & Development to help others become more knowledgeable and in control of the Career choices and options available to them.
Experienced in working with a full cross section of clients including students, long term unemployed and disadvantaged individuals, I provide an inclusive, supportive and non-judgemental service.
Current contracts I am involved with include working with the National Careers Service in conjunction with a North East community charity
In addition to my many years of learning & development experience, I am qualified in delivering Information, Advice & Guidance and accredited in delivering i3 Profiling & i3 Career Direction Profiling. I am fully DBS checked and also a member of the Career Development Institute (CDI).
I pride myself on being open and honest and am passionate about the development of others.

“I found the i3 profiling tool an important reference whilst considering work applications. I was aware of my own strengths and weaknesses, but the completed profile made the understanding of these points clearer. Armed with the profile results and their explanation, I was able to analyse prospective job applications, prior to submission, to see if the job was compatible with my profile. The profile is also very useful when writing a CV. The results prove the statements made within the opening overview of the CV“
“My profile was very accurate and my key areas of strength were no surprise to me. However, it did highlight one or two traits that I didn’t think I had. For a younger person understanding their personality strengths would be really helpful when thinking about a future career”
“The results were very accurate, they confirmed the career areas I want to investigate. I had trouble deciding what job was best for me but this has really helped give me the guidance I need”
“My i3 profile was a real eye-opener for me, I will use it as a guide when deciding my future career and working environment”
“I was interested in finding out what environment I work and learn best in. Now I know, I will use this information when studying for my exams”
“I have done quite a few psychometric profiles over the years and I found the i3 tool simple to use and thoroughly insightful in its reporting. It was an invaluable tool for me to look at areas I could develop and has provided an excellent platform for conversations with my manager“
“Both myself and my 17year old son completed an i3 profile. We both found it to be a very intuitive tool and the feedback was extremely helpful in guiding us towards our future career choices”
